Landscape Construction Plans
Landscape construction plans detail all elements of the landscape works so that a landscape construction firm or community group can build the desired landscape. Fiorjo Design then reviews the tenders and makes recommendations on which landscape contractor offers the best value for money. On approval, we then prepare landscape works contracts and oversee the construction of the landscape works to ensure the landscape works are implemented in accordance with the standards and requirements outlined on the documents and in the specification. We also process payments, complete site inspections, review variations and ensure all legal requirements are met during the course of the construction.
